Extractions
Extractions

Extractions are an alternative where by a tooth is removed. Typically, teeth are extracted only when other treatment options will not provide as beneficial results as removing the tooth. Performed under local anesthetic, the procedure can be done pain free, with patients feeling only pressure and mild discomfort.

Special care must be taken after any oral surgery to ensure proper healing and minimal post-operative pain.

Bridges
Bridges

Bridges are one of the most economical ways to replace a missing tooth. Bridges look very similar to three crowns that are fused; the two end crowns support a middle false crown. Bridges are a very sturdy appliance, able to withstanding almost the same pressures and activities as a natural tooth. As with all teeth, proper hygienic care for a bridge is necessary to extend its life as long as possible (usually between ten and twenty years).

Zoom! Tooth Whitening
Zoom! Tooth Whitening

America's most popular in-office tooth whitening solution is now available at our office. Zoom! has been one of the most important cosmetic procedures in several popular TV shows, including The Swan, Extreme Makeover, America's Next Top Model, and The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency to name a few. Within less than 1 hour, your teeth can now be up to 8 shades whiter! Zoom! also includes custom bleach trays to help maintain your brighter, whiter smile without expensive, messy bleach strips.

Preventive Care
Preventive Care

The ADA recommends semi annual exams and cleanings to maintain optimal dental health.

Certain circumstances and patients may require more frequent exams and cleanings.

Fluoride treatments are available in office to help prevent cavities and strengthen enamel. Sealants are also available as an additional preventative measure.

Invisalign

One of the most important steps that a person can take to ensure a life-long, beautiful smile (besides proper oral hygiene) is to go through orthodontic treatment to straighten teeth. Having an aligned tooth structure creates a beautiful, even appearance as well as increases a patient's ability to floss and brush thoroughly. Many people have held off on this either because of finances or of fear of metal brackets and wires. Invisalign can be a solution for both of these concerns.

Endodontics
Endodontics

Occasionally a cavity in a tooth grows so deeply that the pulp (center of the tooth with the nerves and blood vessels) becomes infected and inflamed. Endodontic treatment may help eliminate the infection, saving the tooth from needing to be extracted. All endodontic treatment is completed under local anesthetic for a pain free procedure with minimal discomfort.

Perio Care
Perio Care

Gingivitis (puffy swollen gums from natural bacteria in the mouth) affects approximately 90% of the population to some degree. Unless effectively maintained, gingivitis can lead to periodontal disease (jaw bone loss) and eventually tooth loss. While incurable, gingivitis and periodontal disease can be managed. If necessary, a patient can be back on track to controlling this disease within two to three appointments and with very little discomfort.
